    CCG is in tune with the latest building trends in Green Buildings and Sustain ability.  The need for new buildings that will
    quality for leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification or that are environmentally friendly has
    grown tremendously in the last few years.  Our educated staff is fully aware of all the qualifying features from their
    previous experience on several award winning Silver LEED Certified Projects.  With most projects having some sort of
    LEED initiative the cost impact has been minimized and the benefits of environmentally friendly projects include reduced
    capital, operating and maintenance costs, a healthier work environment, conservation of our natural resources and an
